I'll be updating my site with a new procedural texture every Tuesday, building each one from scratch. For the first installment, I decided to do something pretty basic by creating a camo pattern. I've been learning a lot from looking at Kay Vriend's excellent work over on his webiste. You can download a lot of his work for free to learn from it. This week I decided to have a go at re-creating his procedural desert camouflage pattern. I decided to beef it up a bit by adding additional fabric details.
And to commemorate the recent victories for gay marriage rights in the USA, here is a procedural rainbow camouflage for the troops!
